Alumni Network Website
Through this robust website, alumni from CMHI funded grants and cooperative agreements have the opportunity to gather to share information, find long lost colleagues, and identify ways to promote system of care development efforts after federal funding ends.
Explore the site, see what your colleagues are doing and contribute your ideas for how to make the web community most beneficial to you! Please note that there is no cost to you the end user to be a part of the Alumni Network or share your gifts and talents on this website. This is a virtual community in its purest form. It is our belief that by offering a nationwide “meeting place” those alumni of system of care development efforts can come together to strengthen the understanding of what it takes to be family driven and youth guided through education, training and networking.
