Director of Trauma Recovery Center

Supervise and oversee operations of the Trauma Recovery Center. Develop and implement program intervention model. Supervise and evaluate program staff including therapists, case managers and staff assistant. Develop and implement program procedures. Work with other program directors to facilitate continuity of care across programs and to evaluate program effectiveness. Represent the program in interactions with the community. Market services to the community. Evaluate program success by developing and measuring outcomes. Work with development staff to secure and maintain program funding. Develop and manage program budget.
Essential Functions
70% Program Management
Develop and implement program intervention model, including interacting with program trainers and consultants. Develop and implement program procedures. Work with other program directors to facilitate continuity of care across programs and to evaluate program effectiveness. Represent the program in interactions with the community. Oversee the delivery of services in order to promote and maintain quality and client satisfaction. Market services to the community. Evaluate program success by developing and measuring outcomes. Ensure that appropriate resources are made available to program staff. Work with development staff to secure and maintain program funding. Develop and manage program budget. Participate in agency Management Team.
30% Clinical Supervision
Supervise and evaluate program staff including therapists, case managers and staff assistant. Develop and implement plan for training and staff development. Provide both clinical and administrative supervision to program therapists. Responsible to complete competencies on each staff member and ensure that staff are knowledgeable regarding performance expectations and for their own position. Provide performance feedback for assigned clinicians.
Other Functions
Travel within Kansas required.Other duties as assigned.
Education
PhD, Master’s degree in social work or psychology or related filed.
Certification/Licensure
PhD, LSCSW, LCMFT, LCP or LCPC
Work Experience
Strong Clinical Assessment and Intervention Skills.
Experience in working with adoptive families.
Prefers experience in program management
Prefers successful supervisory experience.
